Here is The  Quiet Realization of the illusion.

One day, it hits you—softly:

“This is costing me… myself.”

Not loudly.
Not dramatically.

Just a quiet exhaustion
from trying to understand something that keeps shifting.

The Truth

The narcissist lifestyle isn’t always chaos.

Sometimes…
it’s confusion.
Inconsistency.
A love that feels like it must be earned.

And Then… You Notice

Not them.

You.

You pause more.
You question less.
You begin to feel something unfamiliar…

Peace.

And for the first time,
you don’t just miss who they were—

You start to remember who you were.

Always remember to look out it’s more difficult to come out of this chain 
It even worse when they’re your spouse or family member

They where not born this way 
They are not demon possessed 
It’s a habit formed overtime unknowingly that becomes a lifestyle.
